As some of you know I had an Austin Powers themed party this past Friday. Revek of course was there along with several of my other friends, including: volleyball girl 2 (VBG2), Montana's Girl (MG), Bikini Model girl 1 (BMG1), Lawyer Girl 2 (LG2) and Real Estate Girl 1 (REG1, who I am seeing ).

Lately, though, respect for the franchise has been dwindling, especially after the release of Modern Warfare 2. MW2 gets a lot of hate from everybody- CoD fanboys or not. And for good reason.

I have to agree, I was also disappointed in Modern Warfare 2.

They even mention Zombies.

Not only are they improving upon what faults Modern Warfare 2 and the previous CoD games had, they’re also retaining some fun things from their previous Call of Duty title, World at War. The popular Zombie mode is making a return. And the special editions look great too.

Not so much with the Zombie killing

This is from Thursday Night's Zombie Session.

I was going to give up Zombie Mode entirely after this but then Friday night happened.

Not that this was unexpected

Zombies are now Officially in Call of Duty Black Ops as confirmed by Josh Olin, Treyarch's community manager.

What surprised me about this is the confirmation that ALL previous Zombie Modes (from Call of Duty World at War) will be included in Call of Duty Black Ops so Graybush, Stormblade and I (and sometimes Y) won't have to switch discs between different Zombie Modes.

Keep in mind there is also supposed to be new Zombie content and modes as well. Got to love the Zombies! Well, not Swag who will never stop his make out sessions with Battlefield 1943 – not that there is anything wrong with that.

Treyarch’s community manager has not only officially confirmed that the old zombie maps are coming to Black Ops, but also officially confirmed that there will be some sort of Black Ops Zombie Mode – although you can be sure Treyarch have a twist(s) in store for us.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: note that the Zombie Modes are only available with the Hardened and Prestige editions. Anyone buying the Standard edition is S.O.L.

After enough exposure, a dead body is going to be frozen solid and not chasing down any screaming victims, no matter how delicious and Rascal Scooter-bound they might be. It's also safe to assume that zombies wandering around in a wintry wonderland are not going to be wrapped air-tight in plastic like we do with food, so freezer burn becomes an issue. Seriously.

Last night, Zombie Mode hated us

Yet another Nikolai Belinski quote.

So yesterday Coxxorz, Graybush and I shared an afternoon coffee and decided to let Graybush pick this Sega Nite's game. To no one's shock he picked Call of Duty Zombie Mode. Coxxorz decided to pass. He stated that the first one online could pick the game.

Which is how I ended up playing Zombie Mode on my own last night.

First Graybush joined and then Q-Bert entered our Live Party. Graybush loaded Call of Duty World at War. Q-Bert... did not

"Hey guys! Red Dead Redemption!"

Umm, no. Call of Duty Zombie Mode

"I don't have that." Why would Q-Bert even bother buying it, we hardly ever play Call of Duty Zombie Mode.
