How did you make the gauntlet?!!
The entire gauntlet (almost whole costume is too) is made with EVA foam (puzzle flooring foam you can buy).
The fingers were based on a vacuum formed mold that a friend made. I used to mold and formed the fingers with Gel10 silicone (what Hollywood Special Effects people use). Really awesome stuff to work with but EXTREMELY Expensive. I keep saying one day I am going to vacuum form my entire body to use as template then make all my costumes out of Gel10 but that is going to be quite costly... One day though one day...
