I have to admit, I was curious about how this thing worked when I originally posted a
story about it.
I still want one (out of curiosity) just not at that price.

But shaving 1/10th of a second off your reaction time doesn't help if server lag puts you a full second behind the enemy.
Never go full lag.
Like with BF 1943's one server.
But throwing explosive charges at an approaching tank but having the server decide I didn't actually do anything (thus dying in a most un-hilarious manner) is my #1 pet peeve with that game.
Any expensive controller addons would have been ripped off and hurled against the wall long ago.
