Taken from the 80's slasher movie "Silent Night Deadly Night 2".

Give the man an oscar.

In case anyone is wondering, the guy who says "Garbage day" is Eric Freeman, and the directors of the movie tried to get a hold of him for the DVD commentary, but claim that his whereabouts are unknown. Probably from embarrassment for his acting in the movie.
