I can see some old fogey "unwittingly" buying a copy ahead of launch and giving it to their nephew who "unknowingly" plays it and gets shut down. Especially since there is no warning given that doing so could get you banned.

But there is no excuse for this moron, whose great great great great grandkids won't even be able to play....
