How many people does it take to change a light bulb?
The City of Ottawa and Hydro Ottawa just reached the halfway point of LED streetlight replacement. Right across from Herd of Cats HQ. So we went and took pictures and even spoke to the Mayor.
This is light number 29,000 (of, one would assume, 58,000 total). Two more years before the project is finished.

The Ottawa Mayor totally not dropping the new LED streetlight. Really, he just handed it over. There was no drama.
