Definitely a mystery to me

Had I not died every two seconds trying to play this game, I might have seen this guy.

The gang over at Joystick Division put together this neat article on the top ten mysterious characters in video games.

While I found it an interesting read, I have never seen any of them or if I have, as in the case of the Half-Life dude I must have seen at some point, I certainly don't remember them.

I am sure you will enlighten me.
