I don't understand what just happened....? I don't shop at EB. Was there an issue prior to the record button being pushed?
She has since been fired.
I gather (from the video) he showed up without his receipt or any ID causing a massive line (more than normal) and argued with her about a business card being appropriate ID.
She was still not smart offering to share his business card with everyone although arguing the other side, if it is printed on his business card it is no longer "private" as they, by their nature, are designed to be handed out to strangers.
You do miss in the video what happened earlier but it seems that everyone else there was supporting her and mocking him.
Still, fired.
It does sound like she deserved it due to other reasons as well.
