And brand loyalty is something that doesn't make any sense to me. A company only cares about getting your money, that's it. Sure, it's ok if you like a company because their products are consistently good, but why be loyal to them? You don't owe them anything and they've never done anything just for you. Otherwise, it just means that you'll buy anything they make, regardless of how well other companies make similar products (assuming there are no monopolies of course). This is why Apple can charge ridiculously high mark ups on their stuff.

I just got a pretty good Samsung phone and I have a good monitor from them as well. But when the next time comes to get a newer version of these, I will look at other companies and then decide. Buying something based of the name and previous experience alone is stupid.
