I have heard good things about the upcoming Tomb Raider
Use this guide to determine if you will like the new Tomb Raider
I haven't decided yet whether I will be getting this or not. I do have a couple of other Tomb Raider games although they appear to still be in their shrink wrap. I played the original shortly after it came out on my PC. I borrowed it from the personal game reviewer who held the post before our present Personal Game Reviewer.
By upcoming I mean tomorrow.
And one further note. It is holding 87% at GameRankings.

that this game is pretty good. Well, the single player is anyway.
How does swag know this without having bought the game?
Because he playtested it months ago at Eidos Montreal! The single player is really fun, although sometimes heavily scripted.
Multiplayer is not bad, but after 3 days of playing it I didn't feel like playing it again. Felt somewhat archaic.
I would still recommend it for the single player alone though.
