Zombie Cover Up?

According to the news sources there was an accident on the set of Resident Evil - Retribution. The first responders were of course surprised to see 'a group of actors dressed as zombies'. Resident Evil - Retribution is being filmed in Toronto and starring Milla Jovovich (of course).

I for one am not sure this was a movie accident. Perhaps the Zombie apocalypse has started, right here in Toronto. Should I flee? If only i knew a place that would be safe from Zombies, a place with competent zombie hunters.
