As you may have noticed, the morning show on 106.9 FM has taken a turn for the worse lately, since Brad Dryden has "left" (that's another story). Cub and Jacqui are still alright, tho. It's just the new guy who sounds like he recently graduated from broadcasting in Trenton.
Anyway, there's a poll up, so feel free to put in your 2 bits. Also, I've whipped up this bumper sticker, as well as a couple shirts to help drum up support. I'm not saying they'll bring Brad back, but hey – you never know...

agreed on all of this, and thankfully, on their latest music survey, they asked for opinions on the new morning show (I know it's not because of me, but to the last few surveys, I have added a comment about wanting questions about it)
I envy brad though - he will now be in halifax on c100 and goodness knows I love halifax - maybe they did him a favour by firing him because I'm sure he'll be happy down east

"Shadow in the morning, with Cub and Jacqui"... It pisses me off that the new guy (who sux) gets top billing.
I've heard they let him go after he got back from holidays. Nice. The Bear's programming director insists that listeners wanted the show to go in a different direction. Apparently that direction is "ass".
Now I know why they chose Shadoe: He used to co-host a show in Kingston with Jacquie.

And the "listeners" obviously just wanted to kick Brad off, since they changed nothing else of the morning show...
I've filled out every survey they've published, and I don't remember them ever asking: "On a scale of 1 to 10, in how many minutes should we fire Brad Dryden?"
