May 'not' need help

More Call of the Dead

Assuming you haven't received a grievous head wound during any home renovation projects, all of you probably remember my post from yesterday: May not be intended for solo play.

Essentially a plea for help with Call of Duty's new Zombie Mode.

Let's just say that actual results may vary...

Enter our second Contestant: Graybush

Two players did in fact improve my high in solo play. From 4 all the way to 7. Looking pretty good. Many attempts though did not get us any higher. Some even got us lower. Substantially lower. I burned all the evidence.

We needed more players.

After begging and pleaded over Xbox Live we had our third Contestant: SeanMCR

Wait? We went down a level. That can't be right.

But it was and we spent a lot of time proving that it was. Some attempts went worse. Again, evidence destroyed.

After many attempts we decided to wait for Coxxorz before continuing. The three of us quit out and went into normal Call of Duty deathmatch which only went a little better.

And now for our fourth Contestant: Coxxorz (Pwn Call)

Who sent us this gem at 10:04:

After adding all the card codes I could find, I'm 20 points short.

"Uh guys, Coxxorz may be a while..."

Followed shortly at 10:31 by:

Enjoy fighting the zombie hordes... alone.

Although that may have been related to my refusal to send him the code to my 2800 point card. Not sure.

And at 10:53:

Followed after a substantial delay at 11:08 with an Xbox Live message:

He is a man of many words.

Soon after this he figured out that we were no longer in Zombie Mode. He voiced his displeasure with this sarcastic gem of a hate mail at 11:28:

Oh no you don't...

Needless to say after this we were quickly greeted with the message "Pwn Call has joined your Xbox Live Party" and he proceeded to harangue us until we switched to Zombie Mode.

Wait? Coxxorz wanted to play Zombie Mode? Yes. Yes he did.

See how much he helped? Yeah, down another level.

It's a very good thing that Zombie Mode doesn't support more than four players.
