Working long hours? Watch out for your heart

By Coxxorz - Posted on 04 April 2011

According to an article in today's The Ottawa Citizen:
"Researchers said a long-term study showed that working more than 11 hours a day increased the risk of heart disease by 67 per cent, compared with working a standard 7 to 8 hours a day."

The British study warns people who work long hours to be particularly careful in following healthy diets, exercising, and keeping their blood pressure down.

This is not aimed at anyone in particular.
