Retro Kix recommends that we thank George A. Romero for Zombie games

Retro Kix: Do you love “Zombie” games? I think it’s about time we all thank George.

This is not an article to kiss someones ass, but rather an article about showing great loving respect for a man that invented a genre that thrives in gaming today.

I believe it’s about time George A. Romero gets the respect he deserves when it comes to the undead and videogames.

Buried near the bottom of their article is a link to George A. Romero's original Resident Evil script. Yes. George A. Romero wrote a script for the first Resident Evil movie. Sony didn't like it so they hired Paul W.S. Anderson instead. I'm torn by this news. I am sure George's script and movie would have been good but I am also sure he would not have chosen Milla Jovovich as the star. So, sorry George, for this Milla wins.

But still, thanks for making all the Zombie games possible. That was some good work.
