Yes. The story appears in today's edition of The Ottawa Citizen (page A12).
"Aliens have landed on Earth, infiltrated British and American nuclear missile sites and sabotaged weapons, according to U.S. air force officers. Six retired officers and one former non-commissioned officer claim to have testimonies from more than 120 military personnel revealing the infiltration of nuclear sites by aliens as recently as 2003."

U.F.O. doesn't necessarily mean alien in origin. It just means they couldn't determine what it was (i.e.: "Unidentified"). Imagine 30 years ago what they would have thought laser pointers were!
