National Car Rental - Redux
OK National Car rental has annoyed me again.
What did they do this time? Well this time the agreed to reverse the credit card payment they had made on the bogus tire changing charge.
Worse yet the lady on other end of the phone was polite and seemed pleasant, I didn't even have to raise my voice.
So why does this piss me off? Well how else can I be an cutting edge blog if I don't have an antagonist. First I had the mad Monkey Breeding scientist, then I thought I had National Car.
National Car still may be idiots because I haven't actually seen the reverse charge. For my blogging I can hope they take awhile to pay so I can slam them a few times.

I've seen it happen elsewhere... they can charge your credit card instantly, yet it takes up to 60 days to reverse the same charges, even if it was a complete mistake on their part. What a perfect way to make some extra cash on those slow months! Just double-charge a few customers and make your quota!
