Although the shareholders haven't accepted the offer yet, but I am sure that they will. The last Tomb Raider game didn't sell too well, and Edios cut a bunch of employees and projects last year.

Too bad....since they just opened a studio in Montreal. And I haven't heard much about them working on Deus Ex 3 (although it is mentioned on their site).

Also, in a somewhat related note, Midway just filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Fatality!
