You laugh, but Tai Chi as we know it evolved from a martial art. Some people still practice the original forms.
...And having trained with Tai Chi Practitioners in the past trust you get punched by one of those guys and you will be knocked into next week.
Tai Chi is highly deceiving, people think it's just a bunch of people moving around slowly etc. I would love to see one of these nay sayers to fight one of them.
What would a Tai Chi master say to that. The masters would run in fear, I am sure!
