I will miss you

CATERS, William Nathaniel (Nat) - Passed away peacefully in St. Catharines on November 15, 2017 at the age of 82. Beloved Father of Garth (Meagan), Simon (Gina) and Hilary (Tim) and Grandfather of Lauren, Eirin, Roland, Evan and Sarah. Predeceased by his wife, Harriet Caters and his sister, Chris Mitchell. Survived by his brother Norman Caters and many loving inlaws, nieces and nephews. Long-serving faculty member of Ridley College, devoting his career to teaching, coaching and nurturing his students - be it on the rugby pitch, in math class or in the House. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life at the Ridley College Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 25 at 1pm. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Great Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to support a bursary established in Nat's name or support the Ridley rugby programme. I discovered today that despite being called a bursary (scholarship) the fund is for supporting the rugby program. This is very much my father but there is some confusion in the way it was presented.

Very cool people, your parents. Your dad was always really nice to talk to, and wish I had more opportunities to do so over the years. I think that's amazing there is a bursary in his name, and will definitely contribute!

Your father was a great man. Very kind and understanding. And I loved his voice, it always sounded like he was softly singing :-)
