According to the section 163.1 of the Canadian Criminal Code, in order for something to be considered child pornography it must meet the following conditions:
1. It must show a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of 18 years and is engaged in or is depicted as engaged in explicit sexual activity.
...
So, putting a title of "Toothbrush Teens" in the picture title unfortunately nails it.
Not that I am usually a stickler for the law, but that particular section of the criminal code tends to be rather observed.
The procecutor stand up in court and present kiddy porn charges with the "Toothbrush sex" pics as a basis.
"18" and "19" are still teens.
And just because something is called something, doesn't necessarily mean it is that thing.
