Batman: Arkham Knight releases today
Unless you ordered the Batmobile Edition which was cancelled just last week or unless you ordered the Limited Edition which has been delayed to (at least) July 14. I am thinking they may have some quality control issues.
I almost forgot, "I'm Batman."

Due to this delay and the Batmobile Edition being cancelled outright, the 52 skin DLC pack has been made available for FREE:

Of course, this assumes you're not still mad, and are, in fact, able to purchase some version of the game at some point.
