Fast & Furious DLC game a bonanza of Achievements

I found myself enjoying the free Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious downloadable title but I discovered one more interesting thing.

It gives out Achievements like candy.

After a single play through of the game I ended up with all but one of the Achievements. I was missing Too Soon Junior (Used all your Nitrous in the first half of a race) which took one additional race to unlock.

26 Achievements for 1000 points. This all for relatively little gaming time. Gaming time that I enjoyed. I am still not buying the full Forza Horizon 2 game or Forza 5 but I did enjoy my time in the small microcosm of the Forza Horizon 2 world.

I did talk to Coxxorz this week about how Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious tries to sell you on Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 5 but it is a very small part of the game. Surprisingly minimal considering the downloadable game is essentially one big advertisement.

It does not pound you over the head constantly with buy, buy, buy and/or watch, watch, watch (in the case of Furious 7). It puts you into the shared world of Forza Horizon 2 and Furious 7 and then stands out of the way to let you drive. It only intrudes with one part in the middle of the game that sends you to the Forza Hub App and one part when you finish the campaign with a "full games are available" advertisement showing both Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 5 games.

Other than that, smooth and entertaining driving for 1000 easy Achievement points.
