Can someone explain to me what he says.
My french isn't the greatest and he spoke a little too fast with what sounded like really big words.
If only someone had posted the translation along with the video in the original post, preferably at the top of this page.
I missed it as well.

translation
"Geatan Barrette did his rounds dressed in his negotiator outfit."
