Swear in a private Xbox One Skype call, get banned from Xbox Live

According to our friends over at GEEK, users on the official Xbox forums are starting to complain about being temporarily banned from Skype after swearing on a private call.

From the article:
"The error message advises them to “Choose something else to play” because of their past behavior. The same goes for Microsoft’s upload Studio, which is used to share gameplay videos, though reports of this are currently less common."

Now we already know that MS shares info with the NSA, but listening to our conversations AND giving us shit for them? That's going too far. I suppose after repeated infractions, an angry Bill Gates will appear at the door to administer a spanking?
